This Privacy Policy applies to all our games and applications, regardless of whether they are accessed on a computer, mobile device, website, console, PC, or any other platform. Each of these games and applications is referred to as a "Stylish App", while collectively they are referred to as "Stylish Apps". This policy pertains to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal and non-personal information through any Stylish Apps, tools, websites, products, or services provided by us, each referred to as a ”Stylish Service” and collectively referred to as the "Stylish Services". You consent to our Privacy Policy's use of your information if you download, play, and/or access our Stylish Services. Avoid using our Stylish Services if you have concerns about giving us your information or how it will be used, as detailed in this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

We collect information from you on a voluntary basis when you use our Stylish Services. This may include:

  • information related to the device you are using, such as device ID, IP address, geographic information (including country and region), operating system, and application information (such as your activity within our Stylish Apps and any purchases made);

  • information you provide when you contact us through our website's contact page (www.stylishesper.com/contact) or messaging channels, such as social media;

  • information you provide when creating a Stylish Esper account through any of our Stylish Services (such as your email address); and

  • information gathered through cookies or similar technologies.

We may receive information about you from third-party organizations, including those responsible for distributing Stylish Services, processing payments for purchases, or providing account verification systems for users of Stylish Apps (such as Unity, Apple, and Google). We recommend you read the Privacy Policy of each of these third-party organizations. The type of information we collect in these cases will depend on the third party and the type of Stylish App but may include information, such as your name, email address, age, user ID, account information, and payment information.

COOKIES

We may use cookies on our website (www.stylishesper.com) (“Stylish Website“), to improve and customize your online experience. Cookies are small text files that a web page server places on your device. They do not contain any programs or viruses that can harm your device. Each cookie is unique to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. By storing information, cookies can remember your preferences and settings for our Stylish Website and help us analyze how you use our Stylish Services.

INFORMATION RETENTION

We will retain your information for the duration we believe is necessary for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. Additionally, we will keep and use your information for as long as we are legally obliged to do so. If we decide to terminate a Stylish Service that contains user data, we will remove all user data that the Stylish Service has stored, provided that it is not shared with other active Stylish Services.

You have certain rights in connection with your personal information and how we handle it. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting us. Contact information is provided in the “CONTACT“ section of this Privacy Policy. Under certain privacy laws, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to the processing of, and request the transfer of personal data we hold about you. You also may have the right to know what data was shared and with whom. Please note that we do not discriminate against those that exercise their rights and we do not sell your personal information to any party.

CCPA

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) became effective on January 1, 2020, and grants specific privacy rights to consumers residing in California. It affords protection to individuals in California regarding how their personal information is collected, what personal information is collected, and options for exercising their data privacy rights under the Act.

The CCPA's purpose is to ensure these rights for Californian consumers:

  • the right to be informed about what information is collected;

  • the right to access personal information free of charge;

  • the right to know what information has been shared (and with whom);

  • the right to opt-out of the sale of data;

  • the right to request the deletion of personal information; and

  • the right to not be discriminated against, even if exercising privacy rights.

Stylish Esper is only required to delete the data that is not subject to retention under CCPA, upon receiving a request from you to delete your data. 

GDPR

If you are a resident of the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants you certain rights regarding your personal data. These include:

  • right to access: you have the right to request a copy of your personal data from Stylish Esper;

  • right to rectification: you have the right to request that Stylish Esper correct any inaccurate or incomplete information about you;

  • right to erasure: you have the right, under certain conditions, to request that Stylish Esper erase your personal data;

  • right to restrict processing: you have the right, under certain conditions, to request that Stylish Esper restrict the processing of your personal data;

  • right to object to processing: you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data conducted by Stylish Esper, under certain conditions; and the

  • right to data portability: you have the right, under certain conditions, to request that Stylish Esper transfer the personal data that has been collected from you directly to you or another organization.

CHILD PRIVACY

Stylish Esper does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. We will refrain from collecting personal information from anyone we know to be under 13 years of age. If you authorize your child to use our Stylish Services as a parent or legal guardian, any information collected will be in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If you suspect that we have obtained any personal information about your child, please get in touch with us (see the "CONTACT" section of this Privacy Policy). If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will erase that information as soon as possible.

SECURITY

Stylish Esper implements measures to ensure the safety of personal information against loss, misuse, and alteration. We restrict access to personal information only to those who need it for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy. Nonetheless, it is possible for unknown third parties to intercept any information transmitted over the internet. Please be aware that no system is completely secure. Even though we strive to use reasonable measures that are suitable for the sensitivity of the information, we cannot ensure the security of any information that you disclose to us. We cannot be held liable for any theft, destruction, loss, or accidental disclosure of your information.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

Your personal data may be handled and stored for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy in Canada, the United States, or any other country where Stylish Esper or its third-party agencies operate. You consent to the transmission of your personal information to recipients in Canada, the USA, and other countries by using our Stylish Services or by providing us with any personal information through them.

Stylish Esper is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, games, or applications you access through a link provided in the Stylish Apps or on the Website. Stylish Esper recommends that you read the privacy policy of any third-party website, game, or application that you use.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Stylish Esper reserves the right to periodically update this Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed of Stylish Esper's current privacy practices. If you continue to access or use the Website and Stylish Apps after such updates, you agree to the amended Privacy Policy.
